BRITISH WWII PORTSMOUTH FIRE BRIGADE BRODIE HELMET.

All black painted, with the decal of the Portsmouth City Fire Brigade to the front, partly obscured by the laying of another helmet on top of it at an angle and within the heat the material from the inner liner has liquefied onto the Portsmouth decal. Complete with its inner liner, which is maker marked and dated ‘1939’ and its elasticated canvas chinstrap.
