GERMAN WWI UNUSUAL CAMOUFLAGE HELMET.

A good ET64 M16 helmet retaining all of its original apple green finish to the interior shell with faint traces of an owner’s name hand applied into the rear skirt. The leather band holding its original three leather pads, all of which have their internal horse hair pads present with the original drawstring. All of the tips of the tongues to the pads are intact and unbroken. The leather chinstrap metal posts are still fitted to the lugs on the helmet. To the exterior an unusual zigzag pattern camouflage in a three colour camouflage of olive green, ochre and brown, the ochre has faded the most with black zigzag pattern separation lines.
