Fine quality material, tailor’s label of ‘Guthrie & Valentine, Cork Street, London’, fully identified to ‘Lieutenant Colonel Neville Eliot’ to the label, dated ‘June 18’. Royal Artillery brass buttons and bronze collar flaming grenade badges. Watch pocket above the right hand hip pocket. Medal ribbons MBE., British War Medal, Victory Medal. Superb condition overall. Lieutenant Colonel Neville Eliot was born 25.10.1880 and died in France in 1957. Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, 2nd Lieutenant 1899, Lieutenant 1901, Captain 1906, Major 1914, served in Malta 1899 to 1903, India 1903, landed in France 5th April 1916, Major Brevet Lieutenant Colonel Royal Garrison Artillery. No moth damage, a nice large size tunic.
