GERMAN WWI PRUSSIAN VISOR CAP.

A very unusual WWI Prussian visor cap constructed in an olive drab tropical issue like canvas. Black pioneer piping to the crown. To the centre band the upper section is white piped, to the lower section of the band it is red piped. Prussian officers cockades. To the interior the sweatband is in the ersatz material and undamaged. The upper inner crown lining in the waterproof russet brown material, the sides of the cap in russet brown soft brushed cotton. We have heavily researched this cap and cannot find any answers and we are looking for collectors world-wide to try and help us in this endeavour, any information would be gratefully received.
