GERMAN WWI MEDICAL KIT.

A rare piece of medical equipment for the Imperial German Army being a tin box measuring 35cm, 12cm, 5.5cm. This box is part of the large back pack for medical personnel. Field grey green, a full description of its contents printed to the lid. One of the interior glass bottles missing, which contained alcohol. On the left hand side various packets, the contents can be viewed by the stencilling on the exterior. All of the contents are in small cardboard packages, dated ‘1916’, with the over stamp of the Sanitat Depot Des Gardekorps Berlin. A rare piece of Imperial German medical equipment.
