CANADIAN WWI 90TH WINNIPEG RIFLES 02 PATTERN TUNIC.

A very nice Canadian tunic, 02 pattern, for the 8th Battalion Canadian Expeditionary Force who were part of the 90th Winnipeg Rifles. Red arm flashes to the 1st Brigade Headquarters of the 1st Canadian Division. Composition black Rifle Regiment buttons and remains of the paper label still evident. Nice Canada collar patches. Number ‘8’ to each shoulder board over metallic ‘CANADA’ titles. So moth damage or staining. Inside the upper pocket is a newspaper cutting, which we believe identifies the tunic to a Charles D. Bruce, who served with the Canadian Army in WWI, the cutting is regarding his funeral, including two Canadian Empire Service Legion blazer badges.
