Standard wide winged Luftwaffe eagle and matching cockade. Rectangular buckle chinstrap. Double ribbed edge peak. To the interior the leather sweatband all intact. The interior lining is of the russet brown brushed cotton. The cap has lost its centre celluloid lozenge and with only faint traces of the makers marking in the crown area is visible.
