GERMAN WWII ARMY PIONEER M.38 OVERSEAS CAP.

A very well service used M.38 overseas cap. To the interior it is dated ‘1939’ maker marked, size stamped ‘56’. There is no moth to the cap, however all of the nap has disappeared with the exception of the areas covered by the side curtains of the cap. In places the stitching around the side scallop has rotted, but with no damage to the cap. Correct light grey on green Bevo woven eagle, national cockade and inverted black waffenfarbe indicating pioneer unit.
