GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE NAVIGATIONAL INSTRUMENTS.

A beautiful cased set of navigational drawing instruments by the Company Starck. The outer case with the embossed Kriegsmarine style eagle and swastika over the letter ‘M’ and the letters ‘NAV’. Makers mark to the centre in gilt with various other markings on each corner of the exterior lid. To the interior there is the paper label adhered to the upper inner velvet material, with 14 separate items all relating to navigational aids, all of the items are maker marked of ‘Starck’. The lid closes in a very unusual manner by pulling out two pins, one on either side of the lid and pushing them closed.
