GERMAN WWII WOUND BADGE IN SILVER. BOXED.

A highly unusual Wound Badge in silver, solid construction. Very faintly marked ‘155’ in a rectangle just above the hook and within the recess of the hook the number ‘007’. Generally good finish remaining to the face side, some losses to the reverse side that can be seen in our images and situated in a very grubby LDO box, the top section of the lid is loose from the main box with only faint traces of the LDO showing to the outside. Nevertheless an unusual variant.
