GERMAN WWII AUSTRIAN MADE ARMY GENERAL’S CRUSHER CAP.
A Linz ( Austria) produced Army General’s visor cap in the old style known as the crusher. The upper part of the body is totally free of any moth, constructed in nice quality Melton cloth. The centre green band unfortunately has been attacked by moth, which can be seen from our web images. Standard gold piping to the crown and the upper and lower sections of the centre band. The insignia fitted is the pre 43 construction of silver wire eagle and cockade, soft crushable peak, standard leather sweatband. The interior lining in a fawn rayon with a virtually complete centre celluloid lozenge with a good clear silver on black oval maker’s label of ‘Carl Kralka Mutzen & Uniform Effekten, Linz.A.D.’ the name of the street ‘Haffsrtstrasses II’. Size approximately 58. Due to the condition of the moth the cap is priced accordingly.
