BRITISH ROYAL NAVY HMS ILLUSTRIOUS CIGARETTE CASE.

A very interesting personal artefact, gold blocked to the outside of the case, which is a leather constructed cigarette case with a metal internal framework. A set of coat of arms with the lettering below ‘HMS Illustrious’ which was a WWII aircraft carrier. On opening the case there is a well worn Royal Naval officers bullion wire woven maroon velvet and metallic cap cockade and a cap tally of HMS Drake.
