GERMAN WWII AFRIKA KORPS SIGNALS HAUPTMANN’S BLEACHED TUNIC.

A super tunic virtually bleached white, worn by a Hauptmann in a signals regiment in North Africa. The tunic is still with its original stitch-in Hauptmann’s lemon yellow based shoulder boards, to the collars are a set of subdued bullion wire woven continental lemon yellow centre collar patches. Loops above the upper right pocket for a short medal ribbon bar, loops to the breast for three awards. Officers continental wire woven on green breast eagle. The cuff title has been removed but the stitches remain. To the interior front skirt of the tunic the size and depot markings are nice and proud with a depot marking of ‘B41’ also the makers mark of ‘F.R.Derwig & Sohn Berlin N58.
