GERMAN WWII MOTHER CROSS IN GOLD CITATION GROUP.

A highly interesting award document being the large A4 size semi hard card citation for the Mothers Cross in gold, dated '20th May 1945'. Large print with facsimile signatures of both Adolf Hitler and Meissner the Presidential Secretary. Large embossed eagle and swastika to the lower left hand side of the document, awarded to Berta Reuter who was born under the name of Wilhelm in Bremen. These documents were prepared for issue before the end of the war on the 8th May 1945 and dated 20th May.
