GERMAN WWI MAUSER 98/05 BAYONET.

The standard bayonet for the Gewehr 98 bayonet, generally good blade with some black markings on the cutting edge, with the trademark of J.A.Henkels with what appears to be a retailers marking for Berlin on the opposite side. The rifle retaining fitments all intact, undamaged wood grips. Imperial acceptance marks to the upper pommel. Fitted into its original blued scabbard, which has only suffered one indentation on the reverse side with an original pattern frog, which would appear delicate.
