GERMAN WWI SWORD HANGER AND STRAP.

A scarce piece of Imperial German equipment being the white leather shoulder strap/sash for carrying a large side arm or sword. The strap has the large double pronged brass buckle, this is of the type worn by the Prussian Imperial Guard uniforms with their mitre caps.
