A clean but worn example of the cigarette card and photographic book known as Deutschland Erwacht. To the front cover the large swastika with a side on view of an SA man wearing a kepi with the title below. Titled also to the spine, which does have some damage, there are scuffs to the edges overall. The book comprises of 150 pages of the most superb quality black and white photographs of the rise of the Third Reich in the form of images of personalities and events. Some colour plates, some pages loose with its pull out long one-piece photograph of the Nuremberg Rally Fields at the reverse of the book.
