Bavarian Military Merit Cross 3rd class with swords plus a medal ribbon bar with both of these awards, together with a studio portrait photograph identified as Michael Aumller in the 15th Prussian Infantry Regiment Prinz Friedrich Der Niederland wearing the peacetime tunic and feldmutze, wearing the Iron Cross and the Bavarian Military Cross on his chest and M.1871 bayonet his belt.
