GERMAN WWII RAD MANS HEWER.

It is very difficult to find an RAD mans hewer with an undamaged blade, this excellent example is maker marked E.D.Wustof of Solingen with its RAJD symbol within a triangle. Good depth to the Arbeit Adelt logo. All finish remaining overall, undamaged stag grips. Unfortunately the reverse side of the grip has been used at some time as a hammer where there is an indentation. Fitted in its correct scabbard with good swirl pattern detail to the upper chape with the lower chape having in-depth detail of the RAD logo. All screws complete. The majority of the original black painted finish remaining to the scabbard, some abrasions. Individually numbered BR233 to the upper throat with number BR661 stamped to the lower part of the hilt.
