GERMAN WWI M.16 CAMOUFLAGE HELMET.

A nice battle damaged camouflage helmet, maker stamped ‘AL64’, crack to upper skull area, fundamentally a three colour camouflage of brown tan and green with black separation lines, only the brown and tan remains with faint traces of the green to one section on the reverse and faint traces to the lower left hand side of the helmet skull. To the interior its now slightly shrunk M.16 all leather liner is with all of its original three leather pads, one of which has the original horsehair pad to the interior. Fitted with its leather chinstrap.
