GERMAN WWII GROSSDEUTSCHLAND PAPER GROUPING.

Two items, nice condition Armed Forces soldbuch used by Gefreiter Horst Jachbczyk born May 25 in Breslau, served with a medical unit in Ajugust 1943 then joined the 10th Panzer Fusilier Regiment of Grossdeutschland August 1944. He must have been wounded and spent the remainder of the war in various army hospitals, many annotations during the course of 1944 in various hospitals on page 12. Annotated in the soldbuch in page 22 the award of the Wound Badge Abzeichen 1.11.44 with accompanying document of military discharge in May 1948 by a British Disbandment Control Unit. Soldbuch photograph shows him wearing M.43 tunic, hatless. He was aged 19 when wounded.
