The letter is addressed to all SIPO and SD offices in Berlin on the subject of adjustments of rank and the wearing of SS rank badges by members of the SIPO when they joined the SS. Punch holed for filing. An historical document signed by one of the most infamous of the personalities of the Third Reich.
