GERMAN THIRD REICH NEBELWERFER CITATION GROUPING

A scarce 6 award group to a member of the 52nd Werfer Regiment, which was formed in 1941 and in 1944 became the 3rd Werfer Brigade, spending the entire war on the Eastern Front. All A5 size, non punch holed. Iron Cross 2nd Class dated ’20.10.1944’ awarded to Obergefreiten Otto Mohr signed by Divisional Commander. A field typed citation for the Infantry Assault Badge dated 9th September 1944. Wound Badge in silver dated 27th April 1944. Drivers Qualification Badge dated 2nd September 1943. Medal for the Eastern Front dated ‘August 1942’. Larger than A4 citation for the Romanian Crusade Against Communism Medal for service in the Crimea. A highly interesting group in excellent condition, most citations have been folded, obvious staining but generally good.
