GERMAN WWII FOUR BUTTON PULLOVER ISSUE SHIRT.

A service worn example of the four button pullover shirt having one only of the original card buttons remaining, the three others not card. Some slight frayed repairs to the upper edge of the collar, long sleeve, card buttons remaining on both cuffs. Minor darned repairs to the lower sleeve. Recently purchased from probably the best combat uniform and equipment collection in the United Kingdom comprising Army tropical, Waffen SS, Luftwaffe paratrooper and many other items of the same genre. The collection was begun by the then 15 year old boy who used to visit our own shop in London in the very early 1980’s and has built this collection up over 40 years culminating in the writing of excellent books on these subjects.
