Krim Shield citation awarded to Hauptfeldwebel Gerhardt Stohr of 9./J.R.31, awarded 30th December 1942, excellent condition lightweight paper with the facsimile signature of General Field Marshall Von Manstein. War Service Cross 2nd class with sword citation, awarded 8th April 1942 with the original ink signature of General Leutnant H.Von Tettau who was Commanding Officer of 24th Infantry Division, folded once, two minor stains. Iron Cross 1st class citation dated 17th September 1940, unfolded, non punch holed. Large A4 size citation for the 1st Oktober 1938 medal with Prague Castle Bar together with an A4 hand written letter from the Adjutant of the 31st Regiment dated April 1942 regarding the decorations. Two official letters dated 5th July 1943 to his widow describing the circumstances of his death during clearing Red Army bunkers round Leningrad in February 1943. Another forwarding the Krim Shield Award and its citation to his widow in June 1943. A 5th letter also to his widow describing his military funeral. During the fighting in the Crimea and around Sebastopol in June 42 the 31st Infantry Regiment was heavily engaged in storming the GPU and Malakoff Forts amongst many others.
