GERMAN WWI CAMOUFLAGE M.16 HELMET.

A DET62 sized M.16 shell that was originally painted in green, plum and light tan with black separation lines. The shell has lost a good proportion of its camouflage finish mainly through rust bleed from the steel shell below through the paint, however good images of the camouflage pattern still exist to the shell, the helmet is all complete with its three pad liner, all tongues intact, leather supple, inner horsehair pads missing and its original chinstrap but minus one of the clips to fit to the helmet.
