IMPERIAL GERMAN SAXON GUARD REITER OFFICERS FULL DRESS POUCH.

An exceedingly rare piece of full dress equipment for the premier Heavy Cavalry Regiment of Saxony, the Saxon Guard Reiter Regiment. The basic pouch is constructed in metal covered leather, the front flap having the Coat of Arms of Saxony with crown above, two suspension loops one to each side intact. Some gilt is missing from the central sections of the pouch flap but good gilt in the protected fields.
