Standard A5 size citation, folded once, non punch holed, nice condition to Matrosen Heinrich Hirdes whilst a member of Marine-Schtz.-Btl.309, dated 1st February 1945 and pencil signed by the unit doctor in Marine Hospital 4/532 (R).
