GERMAN WWII LATE WAR LUFTWAFFE GROUND COMBAT CITATION GROUP.

A highly interesting late war grouping to Unteroffizier Hans Grabner. The Ground Combat citation is dated 7th March 1945 to a member of a Luftwaffe Air Field Supply unit incorporated into a front line combat group. Ink signature of General G.Hoffmann, Commanding Officer of Luftgau III (Hamburg/Berlin) Unit issue stamp. Standard A5 size, once folded, non punch holed. War Service Cross 2nd class with swords dated 30th January 1943. Ink signature of General S.Frolich Commanding General of Luftgau 17. A five size, non punch holed, once folded. Iron Cross 2nd class dated 20th November 1944 by then as a member of Kampfgruppe Schlutterbach. Ink signature, this would seem to be for a scratch combat unit formed in North Germany during the last stages of the war.
