A very good pork pie hat, one of the many stored pork pie hats recently discovered. Minor moth nips to the crown, two other moth nips to the red centre band, good nap to the wool, red waffenfarbe to the crown. Profusely stamped size 54 J.R.120 with Army Corps marking of B.A.XIII 1914. Slight staining to the lower forehead area but these are storage stains not wear stains, the cap is completely unworn. Complete with large size national and Wurttemberg State cockade.
