GWERMAN WWI PERIOD AVIATION PHOTO, LARGE FORMAT.

An extremely large format photograph being approximately 1 metre high x 3/4 of a metre wide. The excellent photographic image has been period blown up and shows a young Flieger NCO wearing a converted bluse with top pockets added, Iron Cross 1st Class and the Air Crew badge below the cross. The picture itself has a pen date of '1920' to the base. This was almost definitely a First World War photo that has been blown up by the family after the soldier's death. The item is mounted on thick card and is original and completely untouched. A highly impressive large image.
