GERMAN PRE 1914 BERGMANN MARS PISTOL SHOULDER STOCK HOLSTER.
A very rare accessory for one of the world’s first semi automatic pistols, which were the forerunners of the Luger semi automatic pistol, known as the Bergmann Mars pistol of 1903, it was this holster which doubled as a shoulder stock and a holster, which Mauser went on to utilise with the famous Mauser broom handle. This example covered in the most excellent grained brown leather, stitching strong, minor scuffs to the leather but still with its closing lid, again covered in leather and its closure leather tab. The interior is lined in red felt cloth, which has suffered from moth damage.
