CHINESE NATIONALIST BRODIE STYLE HELMET.

A highly unusual and rare helmet being the Brodie style helmet that was worn by the Nationalist Chinese forces between WWI and WWII. The initial shape is identical to a Brodie but the full circumference of the helmet itself is at least 1cm wider all round. The exterior finish generally good painted with a Chinese Nationalist fitted metal badge. The interior lining is multi constructed in felt and leather with a central drawstring with 8 canvas straps. The chinstrap arrangement is very similiar to the Japanese style of WWII with three helmet fitments and long chinstraps all in webbing. An ultra rare helmet.
