GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE DESK CLOCK.

A beautiful quality example of the Keigsmarine desk clock. The clock itself produced by the well known clockmaker Junghans. Fully operational, in its wooden case with its two flexible feet for desk standing, with all paint finish remaining to the wood case, slight rubbing to the forward edge, in its absolutely mint condition black leather case with all white stitching clearly visible and clearly waffen amt stamped. Maker coded ‘DLA 41’ with its extra ‘M’ stamp for marine use. Recently purchased from probably the best combat uniform and equipment collection in the United Kingdom comprising Army tropical, Waffen SS, Luftwaffe paratrooper and many other items of the same genre. The collection was begun by the then 15 year old boy who used to visit our own shop in London in the very early 1980’s and has built this collection up over 40 years culminating in the writing of excellent books on these subjects.
