GERMAN WWII AFRIKA KORPS FINGER RING.

A very nice finger ring purchased in the local bazaars in Tunisia. ‘800’ stamped to the interior, toned overall, the shank having palm trees and pyramids with the centrepiece showing ‘DAK 1941’ with the palm tree over a swastika. Recently purchased from probably the best combat uniform and equipment collection in the United Kingdom comprising Army tropical, Waffen SS, Luftwaffe paratrooper and many other items of the same genre. The collection was begun by the then 15 year old boy who used to visit our own shop in London in the very early 1980’s and has built this collection up over 40 years culminating in the writing of excellent books on these subjects.
