GERMAN WWI PRUSSIAN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL’S PICKELHAUBE.

A good all leather officers pickelhaube worn by an Armed Forces Administration Official. The skull is generally good, some minor losses of the leather finish around the edges of the spike cross base. Gilt generally good, subdued overall, one minor indentation to the spike point, with its silvered small Prussian overlay plate just below the FR scroll on the main body of the front plate. Standard Prussian officers side cockades. The interior leather liner has good original colour with some evidence of wear use, with its original cream silk inner liner. Hand written into the light tan skull the size ‘55’.
