GERMAN WWI PAPER CLOTH MEDICAL POUCHES.

Extremely rare two pieces of equipment from the Imperial German Army of the ersatz period being the twin pouches carried on the belt of medical personnel, constructed from solidified paper cloth. These extremely rare items are in superb condition, the leather attachments being the belt loops and the lid closures are all complete and undamaged, both zinc neck strap rings are perfect. Maker marked and dated ‘17’ to both pouches. The contents label is complete to the upper inner lid of both pouches are in superb condition overall.
