GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE OFFICER/ENLISTED MANS WHITE TOP VISOR CAP.

A huge size, possibly 61 Luftwaffe officers visor cap fitted with enlisted ranks insignia. The cap constructed in officer form with the standard double ribbed Luftwaffe style peak, mohair centre band with silver officers waffenfarbe to the upper and lower sections of the mohair band. Standard silver officers cap cords with twin side buttons. Removable white top and the cap is fitted with enlisted ranks stamped aluminium national eagle and cockade. Some minor staining to the crown with two black marks, which we have indicated in our web site images. Some minor moth damage to the lower rim of the cap, complete with its virtually unworn light cream leather sweatband and white silk interior to the crown, which again is water stained.
