GERMAN WWII ORTSGRUPPE POLITICAL LEADERS VISOR CAP.

A private purchase political leaders cap for a member of an Ortsgruppe. The upper part of the cap is constructed in the standard ribbed political light brown, standard brown velvet centre band, blue piping to the upper and lower sections of the velvet band also the area around the crown. Fitted with gold cap cords, gilded political eagle, central political cockade with the gilt to the wreath slightly toned. The cap is fitted with a very nice crushable leather peak. There is no moth damage anywhere on the cap. To the interior it is satin lined with its complete celluloid lozenge, the satin has shredded at the upper inner section of the cap. Light tan leather sweatband all intact but very frail and torn in the forehead area.
