These four regiments were the only infantry regiments allowed to wear the Waterloo scroll on their Prussian front plate, the skull is of good proportions. Good finish overall with light crazing to the skull and some creases to the front and back peaks, both peaks of which are securely attached to the main body. Good subdued gilt to the back strap, circular spike base, spike, Prussian plate with Waterloo scroll and correct flat chin scales. The helmet is with both its national and Prussian State cockades. The interior scalloped leather edged liner band has evidence of some wear use with its russet brown silk inner liner. Pencilled into the skull is the size 58. All original nuts, bolts and washers intact, with its officers field cover.
