GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE OFFICERS VISOR CAP.

A very fine condition large size, possibly 59, high saddle shaped Luftwaffe officers visor cap, constructed in the finely ribbed Luftwaffe material. Two moth nips on the lower bottom edge of the cap itself otherwise no moth holes. Standard silver waffenfarbe around each side of the mohair centre band and upper crown area. A nice matched set of heavy wire Luftwaffe eagle and very proud central wire woven cockade with correct silver cap cords and pebbled side buttons. The interior dove grey leather lining all intact with evidence of only minor wear use. The interior silk all in grey with the ?Pekuro? trademark stamped into the upper inner crown. No central lozenge ever fitted.
