GERMAN WWI PRUSSIAN 1ST UHLAN RESERVE OFFICERS HELMET.

A nice large size Uhlan helmet, all leather body generally good, some light crazing overall, complete with its correct front plate for Uhlan Regiment 1. Reserve Officers Cross at the base of the plate, the plate itself without the motto, which is correct for Reserve Officer. Standard domed chin scales, one national cockade fitted with its Prussian officers field cockade fitted to the top of the helmet. Good gilt overall. The leather sweatband all intact showing wear use with its inner silk liner which has shredded (shot) in places.
