IMPERIAL GERMAN ENLISTED MANS PRUSSIAN FIELD GREY FITTED PICKELHAUBE.

An excellent condition all leather skull Prussian pickelhaube, all the fittings in field grey, which match. The front and back peaks securely stitched to the main body of the helmet. One small hole through the rear peak where the helmet has been mounted on a display bracket for a wall display. Complete with its original brown leather chinstrap, national and Prussian State cockades. The fittings for the chinstrap match the other field grey fittings exactly. On inverting the helmet it has much of its original light tan colour. The leather liner is absolutely complete with its original drawstring, marked size 55. The rear peak is clearly marked J.R.69.
