GERMAN THIRD REICH JACK BOOTS.

A truly exceptional pair of boots, these are in their original brown colour. These have clearly never been worn and are from stock. The brown leather is good and supple. They are a good large size and there is no deformation due to storage, just light dust. The soles are typical pegged leather type and the size is 43. There are heel plates of a substitute material as well as the horseshoe cleats to the heels. All four of the puller tabs are present. Interestingly the RB code within is ?1914? and a series of numbers ending in the size ?43?. These are not Great War boots, however the 1914 numeration could lead to confusion. The heels are a cut away shape and made from multiple leather wedges. As a pair of boots these would be impossible to improve upon and are the ultimate example of standard issue mans boots from the period.
