Availability of Goods and Ordering This web site
is designed to show only items of stock that are still available for sale, but
it is still remotely possible that an item could be sold during your visit to
the web site. In the unlikely event of an item being sold by the time you place
your order we will inform you by return email. We operate a live web site so
please be aware that upon ordering an item it is automatically removed from
sale and therefore we ask you not to place an on-line order unless you are
committing to purchase. Our web site carries a minimum order policy of
£25. Orders totalling an amount below this figure will be subject to a
£5 surcharge. Due to past incidents we now require identification in the
form of driving licence, passport and proof of home address for all orders over
the amount of £1,000 to first time buyers, in addition any new customer
to us intending to buy edged weapons we require proof that you are over the age
of 18.
Our Guarantee All items advertised on this web
site are of original period manufacture unless stated otherwise. We offer a
money back guarantee on all of the goods supplied subject to the terms listed
below.
- Should you be unhappy with any item purchased you should
contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the item can then
be returned to us provided that it is in the condition as sent for a full
refund of the purchase price. If returning an item from overseas please request
further information regarding Customs declarations, failure to do so may result
in financial penalties incurred by the customer. If an item of return is not
notified to us within 14 days it will be considered as sold, we regret that
return postage costs are not refundable.
- The refund offer does not apply to any goods that have been
damaged, disassembled or tampered with after the receipt of the goods by the
purchaser.
- We supply items for collectors; display purposes only and such
items are not intended for actual wear or use. We do not guarantee the fitting
of any clothing, footwear or headgear, nor their suitability for being worn.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance of Orders No
contract will exist between you and us until we have received full payment from
you and have dispatched the ordered products. Please note that our initial
acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Should we, for any reason, decide not to accept your order we will
advise you accordingly and any monies paid will be refunded.
Delivery Charges All orders are subject to a
delivery, packaging and handling charge, the correct charges will be
automatically calculated via our shopping basket ordering system and are based
on the total weight and size of your order, your location. Please be aware that
we reserve the right to alter any miscalculation, plus or minus, and you will
be notified prior to shipping and charging of any changes. We do not send
parcels via Federal Express, UPS, or any other courier service unless you have
your own account with the afore-mentioned companies and you wish to settle the
postal fee personally. We send all goods via UK based postal and courier
services with full insurance. Items sent to the African Continent will be sent
via Data Post only and carry a further insurance fee to the cost of the
customer.

Interest Free Lay Away Scheme We offer a simple
and cost effective lay away scheme to aid your purchase, once your order is
confirmed we require a 25% down payment and the due balance to be paid in full,
interest free, within 12 weeks of ordering. Failure to settle the account may
result in the loss of your deposit, subject to the discretion of Regimentals
Limited.
Certificates of Authenticity Certificates of
authenticity can be provided however a charge of £15 is in place for
certificates issued for items under £150.
Terms of Gold, Silver and Bronze Used The
expressions gold, silver or bronze relate to, especially in the case of
decorations, to the grade of the award or the appearance or plating finish of
metal items and does not imply a solid metal content of this description unless
otherwise stated.
Selling Your Items If you wish to sell an
individual item or an entire collection please contact us with photographs,
descriptions and prices you would like to achieve. After we have reviewed the
material and had a chance to correspond we shall ask you to send your items to
us. Once we receive the items and have inspected them we will then forward
payment to you. If we fail to come to negotiate a deal you will have your items
returned to you free of postal charge immediately.
