GERMAN WWII ADOLF HITLER SIGNATURE ON PROMOTION DOCUMENT.

A 1st March 1937 promotion document promoting Oberst Leutnant Kurt Schmidt of the Infantry Regiment 105 to the rank of Oberst with two original signatures of the Field Marshall Von Blomberg and Adolf Hitler. An accompanying photograph, possibly of the family group of Oberst Schmidt with three sons and his wife, two sons in the army one in the navy. Schmidt is wearing by this time a General’s uniform, indicating that he was further promoted from Oberst in 1937. He was killed in action in Holland in 1945. The citation appears to have been trimmed to fit a period size frame. Accompanying the citation is the certificate guarantee of authenticity from Detlev Neimann.
