GERMAN WWII DOUBLE DECAL ARMY HELMET.
A small size shell size ET62 double decal combat helmet retaining virtually all of its apple green finish with some minor abrasions. The army decal has turned from silver to a light gold with some abrasions. The national tricolour good and clear with one chip and one, what appears to be a rust stain to a split in the decal. The liner retaining rivet heads have lost the majority of their apple green finish. To the interior the helmet is fitted with its correct aluminium liner band, square edged strap buckles, its original 8 tongued liner, which still retains some of its light tan finish, other parts of the liner have toned to a darker brown, with its original drawstring and its original chinstrap, which has lost its tip and is quite frail.
