GERMAN WWI M.16 HELMET.

A battle damaged camouflage M.16 helmet having a two colour camouflage of bright green and dark green with black separation lines. A shrapnel hole through the lower skirt and the crown with the remains of its M.16 leather liner to the interior. One liner pad is complete another liner pad also complete but only half fitted to the liner band and the third pad is present but completely loose from the band and is safely tucked in between the liner band and the shell of the helmet. Two separate wearers names applied to the inner rear skirt.
