An album containing 48 images charting the life of an aviation station in WWI. 14 of the images contain machines, at least 4 are very good air to air shots, other images of aircraft lined up on the landing fields, outside their pilot/engineers tents, spectacular crash scenes, aircraft taking off, one image taken just after a crash with the aircraft still burning, other shots of the pilots of the squadron either in their mess, studying maps or discussing tactics, a group of high ranking aviation officers surrounding a motorcar, destroyed French buildings.
