GERMAN WWII SA MANS DAGGER.
A very clean model 33 SA mans dagger with the unusual combination of its RZM number and its Eickhorn trademark. The blade itself with good cross grain finish remaining, some light spotting and minor stains. Good clear deep etched ‘M.7 55 1939’ date plus the Eickhorn standard trademark. The plating to all of the fittings to both the grip and the scabbard bright, with some minor oxidisation within the lower edges. The wood grip excellent with undamaged enamel SA inset and a high quality deeply cast national emblem. The painted scabbard retains all its original paint finish with minor age lines showing through from the steel scabbard below. All of the four screws are intact with their original heads with the slots unturned plus an undamaged bottom ball to the lower scabbard mount. A very good example.
